Our luxury Furnish and Style service is designed for the discerning homeowner who seeks exceptional interior decorating options and concepts, tailored to their unique style and needs, without the demands of extensive involvement. With a refined, hands-off approach, we curate every detail to elevate your space, offering you a seamless and luxurious design experience in keeping with your budget.
You'll receive a turn key space that’s not only visually stunning but also thoughtfully curated. Our focus will be on achieving the perfect balance between aesthetics and functionality, ensuring every detail—from the color palette to the furniture layout—flows effortlessly and feels intentional. With your approval, we’ll handpick the finest furnishings, accessories, fabrics, hardware, and lighting that elevate the space while keeping it warm, inviting, and a true reflection of who you are. We’ll handle every aspect, from placing furniture and hanging artwork to installing window treatments and adding the final styling touches. Whether you’re creating a cozy sanctuary or a vibrant space for entertaining, your bespoke design will be not only beautiful and functional but will also bring you continuous joy.
This plan does not include construction or construction management. However we are happy to help with fixed selections, such as tile, plumbing fixtures, hardware, counter surfaces, wallpaper and moulding design.
We work with a $20,000 minimum furniture investment for larger rooms.

Design Process
After completing a 20 minute complimentary discovery call, to learn more about your project and to see if we are a good fit for each other, we set up an in home consultation.
In Home Consultation
Prior to your in-home consultation, we kindly ask that you complete a detailed questionnaire to help us understand your vision, goals, style preferences, budget, timeline, and any issues you’d like to address. This information will allow us to come fully prepared, ensuring a productive and focused meeting. During the consultation, we’ll tour your home, assess the space to be designed, offer suggestions, and provide creative feedback. We’ll take measurements, capture photos, and address any questions you may have. This typically lasts between one and a half to two hours.
The fee for the in-home consultation is $250. This fee will be credited towards your contract upon signing.

Contract
You’ll begin by completing a comprehensive questionnaire about your style, budget, desired pieces to incorporate, and more. This helps us understand your vision and project goals. We’ll also guide you on how to take accurate measurements and photos for us to work from.
We will provide a detailed contract to ensure designer and client have a clear understanding of the work to take place as well as the agreed upon compensation and payment schedule.

Questionnaire
You’ll begin by completing a comprehensive questionnaire about your style, budget, desired pieces to incorporate, and more. This helps us understand your vision and project goals. We’ll also guide you on how to take accurate measurements and photos for us to work from
Mood Board
A mood board is a visual tool that helps designers and clients communicate the desired style, ambiance, and aesthetic of a space. It includes a curated collection of images, materials, colors, and other design elements. This preliminary step ensures we have a clear understanding of your design vision, allowing us to confidently move forward with selecting the perfect pieces for your space.

Selections
The Selections Board will be presented similarly to a mood board. However, this board will be a comprehensive display of everything included in your design from furniture to accessories and everything in between. (Two Revisions)
Floor Plan
Floor Plan You’ll receive a scaled floor plan that reflects your room and furniture layout. This detailed plan eliminates any guesswork, showing the precise placement of your furniture for a seamless design execution.

Selections Approval
We will provide you with a comprehensive digital portfolio showcasing all selected items, including furniture, lighting, accessories, and more, complete with detailed descriptions and photos. You’ll have a designated time to review, offer feedback, and request any substitutions. Once you’ve approved the selections, we will collect payment for the furnishings and begin the ordering process. BSD will handle the receipt of all items and store them securely until installation day.
Installation Day
It’s finally here! While you’re away, our team will arrive with all your carefully selected furnishings and deliver them with our premium white-glove service. We’ll not only bring everything into your space, but we’ll also hang mirrors, wall art, and window treatments, place accessories, and style every detail to perfection. When you return, your home will be transformed into a beautifully curated space, ready for you to enjoy. It’s the exciting moment when your vision becomes reality!
