Our Virtual Design Process
After completing a 20 minute complimentary discovery call or zoom, to learn more about your project, the fun starts. And here's how it works.
Virtual designs are generally an investment of $1500 to $2000 depending on the size of the room and the number of hours we estimate. The fee is specified prior to beginning the project.

Questionnaire
You’ll begin by completing a comprehensive questionnaire about your style, budget, desired pieces to incorporate, and more. This helps us understand your vision and project goals. We’ll also guide you on how to take accurate measurements and photos for us to work from
Mood Board
A mood board is a visual tool that helps designers and clients communicate the desired style, ambiance, and aesthetic of a space. It includes a curated collection of images, materials, colors, and other design elements. This preliminary step ensures we have a clear understanding of your design vision, allowing us to confidently move forward with selecting the perfect pieces for your space.

Selections
The Selections Board will be presented similarly to a mood board. However, this board will be a comprehensive display of everything included in your design from furniture to accessories and everything in between. (Two Revisions)
Floor Plan
Floor Plan You’ll receive a scaled floor plan that reflects your room and furniture layout. This detailed plan eliminates any guesswork, showing the precise placement of your furniture for a seamless design execution.

Shoppable links
Your package will include a shopping list with direct links to all the selected products. You can choose to purchase everything at once or gradually, depending on your budget. Keep in mind some products might not be available in the future. Substitutions will be made for unavailable items, within 30 days of receipt of design plan. After 30 days substitutions will be billed for at our hourly rate.
Detailed Instructions
You’ll receive detailed instructions on how to implement the design plan in your space, including guidance on hanging curtains, arranging artwork, and styling accessories.
